The hotel staff was very chatty.

The location was amazing, with free parking available outside. the hotel is situated in a charming area with a night market, shops, bars, restaurants, and Dermaga Banjar Nyuh nearby. - the room had air conditioning. - the breakfast was delicious, as were all the other meals served.

The room was really clean and spacious with air conditioning and located right by the ocean and not too far from the town center.

The place was clean, I booked the a double room with views of sea, everything was great. It had great location, just off all the main attractions as well as shops, bars and restaurants. Also, the hotel was set 25 minutes by walk from Speedboat port.

At Swan Beach Inn, we got great value for our money with clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and stunning ocean views. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and easily accessible by scooter. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was relaxing and comfortable, organizing tours, helping with transportation, and even providing a surprise birthday cake.

The breakfast menu could have had more variety to make it even better.

There were a dining area, a sitting area and a work desk in the room, appreciated that. The hotel was perfectly located in a stunning position so close to the sea that you can hear the waves as you sleep:)))

I was delighted with the flat-screen TV offering satellite channels, and the room's dining and seating areas. The bathroom was spotless, and the bed was extraordinarily comfortable. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short stroll to the island and harbors. Our stay was excellent - I highly recommend this property to everyone.

The value for money at Swan Beach Inn was excellent, with spacious, clean rooms and a comfortable bed. The location was convenient, with easy access to halal foods, a laundry service, and a mart next door. The best part was the exceptional service from the owner and his family, who helped us with scooter rentals, provided guidance on navigating the island, and even packed breakfast for us when we had to leave early. Truly a wonderful vacation experience.

One of the highlights was the offer to use a scooter to explore the nearby restaurants.
